Professional golf instruction is an excellent way to improve your game and can be a useful tool for golfers of all skill levels. Perhaps you are new at the game of golf, or would like assistance in building on your current strengths (or reducing your individual weaknesses). Our lessons are tailored to your specific needs and are premised in starting with a good basic foundation from which you can build on.

The Golf Dome is an excellent choice for golf instruction during the winter months. Imagine, you can receive first-rate golf instruction in a comfortable learning environment and then practice your newfound skills on our indoor driving range at your convenience.

Golf lessons can be purchased either individually or in packages.
We offer:

Please read the following carefully before completing this purchase.

Membership Photo Authorization
For membership administration, identification, and verification purposes, I authorize The Golf Dome to collect, store, and use my photograph in its membership management system.
I understand that my photograph will be used solely for membership identification, account verification, and related membership administration purposes, and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
I acknowledge that providing a current photograph is a condition of membership enrollment and continued membership use.

Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in golfing activities, driving range activities, golf lessons, virtual golf, mini golf, VR attractions, and other recreational activities at The Golf Dome involves inherent risks of injury, property damage, and other hazards.
Such risks may include, but are not limited to, being struck by golf balls, golf clubs, golf equipment, simulator equipment, VR equipment, other participants, or spectators; slips, falls, collisions, equipment malfunctions, and other risks associated with recreational and sporting activities.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my presence at and use of The Golf Dome facilities, equipment, programs, and services.
I authorize The Golf Dome and its representatives to obtain emergency medical assistance or treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary. I agree that all costs associated with such medical assistance or treatment shall be my sole responsibility.

Release of Liability and Waiver
In consideration of being permitted to access and use The Golf Dome facilities, equipment, programs, and services, I hereby release, discharge, waive, and hold harmless The Golf Dome, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to my participation in activities or use of its facilities, equipment, programs, and services, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE GOLF DOME OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Personal Property
All personal property brought onto The Golf Dome premises remains at the owner’s risk.
I acknowledge that The Golf Dome shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including but not limited to golf clubs, bags, equipment, vehicles, electronics, or other belongings.
Memberships, Prepaid Minute Cards, Lesson Cards, Packages, and Gift Cards.

I understand and agree that:
• All memberships, prepaid minute cards, lesson cards, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable;
• Memberships are non-transferable;
• Memberships, prepaid minute cards, lesson cards, packages, and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value, except where required by applicable law;
• Lesson cards, prepaid minute cards, and packages must be utilized within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, after which any unused portion shall expire without refund or credit;
• Memberships are valid only for the membership term purchased;
• Gift cards are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
No refunds, credits, cash reimbursements, extensions, or transfers will be provided for unused or partially used memberships, lesson cards, prepaid minute card balances, package balances, or gift card balances, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Facility Rules and Conduct
I agree to comply with all facility rules, safety requirements, and instructions provided by The Golf Dome management and staff.
The Golf Dome reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its facilities, programs, memberships, or services without refund for violations of facility rules, unsafe conduct, abusive behavior, harassment, damage to property, or misuse of services.

Changes to Services and Policies
The Golf Dome reserves the right to modify pricing, operating hours, membership benefits, lesson programs, facility rules, services, and policies at any time.
